I’m Graham, an established Interior Photographer in London specialising in capturing bespoke residential spaces, luxury commercial interiors, hospitality venues, and architectural developments nationwide. Grounded in a creative background, my approach treats every interior as a curated balance of light, proportion, texture, and human experience. My aim is to create photographs that feel natural, precise and inviting, while remaining faithful to the interior you have designed.

Working closely with interior architects, design studios, and commercial brands UK wide, I create interior photos that communicate both the physical realities and the underlying mood of the environment. Every frame is composed to elevate the photography for case study examples, editorial submissions, and high-quality marketing campaigns.

For more than 20 years I have been photographing interiors, from carefully considered luxury residential spaces to hotels, restaurants, workplaces and commercial retail environments.

I take pride in the meticulous details – from the tweaking of furniture for the right angle to the fine tuning whilst post processing the final edits, so that beautifully highlight all the design aspects from the flooring to the furnishings and lighting. Information On Hiring an Interior Photographer in London

After so many years involved within interiors, walking into a newly designed space is still exciting. The initial excitement from working out the angles to display the interiors at their best allows me to get creative. I always start by going room to room, as the location naturally flows. This allows me to get a feeling of each room and their relation to each other for the overall interior design.

This is all second nature and I know whats required instantly. The key for an interior photographer is to show the rooms function, design and layout from the main angle and then I can get creative in choosing either quirky perspectives or angles that show the room in action. I typically shoot around waist height, depending on whether the floor or ceiling adds additional excitement to the image.

When it comes to lighting, interior photographers like myself mainly work with natural light. I can recreate natural light if needs must – but I prefer natural light for my work. I will typically take a series of photos in all lighting conditions to give more options in the editing phase.

My photoshoots are well managed, efficient on time with the minimal amount of disruption to the location to maximise the output from the photography. There is however no one solution fits all when photographing interiors. No location is the same so it is best to view the scene as a series of images. Taking some wide angle interior photos along with mid focal length to close up details. I spend time making minor adjustments in the scene and in the camera. So i’ll adjust my composition and framing along with the furniture and props in the scene.

It is these finer details that make the shot perfect. You need to find the balance to make the photography work well and effectively, so by adjusting the composition and knowing what can or cannot be cropped out of the image to help tell the visual story. Only a specialist interiors photographer can give you truly professional results you require. 

It is a visually driven market, which means exceptional photography is far more than a means of just presenting a beautiful interior. It is an integral part of how your studio communicates its identity, distinguishes itself from competitors, and captures the attention of prospective clients.

My considered and beautifully executed imagery will provide authority to your business, while creating a more compelling presence across your website, social channels, editorial coverage and other forms of publicity. The right photographs will articulate the quality and character of a project in a way that words alone rarely can.

As a professional photographer my main focus is on interiors. I have over 20 years professional experience photographing stunning interiors across London and the UK. 

I am London based, and regularly shoot across the UK for my clients.

Travel to photoshoots overseas is no problem. If you have a project in mind, I can work out the logistics to make it as effective as a UK based photoshoot.

Once we have discussed your project I will provide a quote based on your requirements. This includes time spent onsite, the location and the imagery required. The quote is fully itemised, so ongoing projects become easy to budget for. As a guide, my base rate begins at £500.

I will always seek to create the best possible photos of the interior. I make fine adjustments to the space based on the angle of the camera and what to include or remove within the frame. If you wish the interior to be fully styled i’d recommend hiring a professional stylist.

The length of the photoshoot is dictated by budgets and requirements. Minimum you need to assign 2hrs for a photoshoot. With most photoshoots taking between 3-4hrs. you’d be surprised what we can accomplish in that time

You will receive your edited photos within 2-3 days

Typically most assignments create 30-50 Images. These are delivered via an online transfer for quick download.

All photographs created by us are the property of GD Holland Photography Ltd, therefore all copyright is retained by us. Usage rights are issued to the client. Allowing you full rights to use the images in print or online.

You can also arrange a multi license with other suppliers to bring the cost of the project lower for each individual company involved.

I can also provide interior videos and drone footage to help market your interiors.

The Simplest point – whatever the assignment, whether it is a commercial interior or residential interior, is for the space to be clean, tidy and ready – prior to my arrival. In depth styling can be carried out whilst I am onsite.
