Graham Holland is a London-based architectural interior photography specialist, whose work explores the relationship between space, light, material and atmosphere. With more than 20 years’ experience, his approach is grounded in a Fine Art background, having studied painting and photography before beginning a career within the gallery world.

Working across architecture, interiors and design, Graham creates photographs that look beyond the purely descriptive. His images consider the use of a space — its proportions, materials, light and the subtle details that give it a sense of place. There is a balance between precision and atmosphere, allowing the design to remain central while revealing something of how a space might be experienced and inhabited.

Over two decades, Graham has photographed more than 1,000 projects for a diverse range of clients, from national brands to architects, interior designers and creative businesses. My photographic approach keeps you involved at every step of the photography process. Through working closely together, I ensure the final images are not only beautiful but a stunning reflection of the intention within your design.

Projects I typically provide Interior Design photography include providing Hotels, Kitchen & Bathrooms, Retail Stores, Office Workplace and Hospitality businesses such as Restaurants & Spas. Alongside other commercial interior projects for industry related businesses – which could include flooring, lighting, and furniture installations.

I am always willing to travel for a photoshoot whether that’s in the UK or worldwide. If I am not on the tube in London, I seem to spend most of my time on the motorways driving across the UK. Most Architectural Interior assignments mean at least 3-4hrs of driving, so I am used to daily travel for clients.


Locations will include reasonable travel costs in your quote.

The amount of time we will assign for the photoshoot is based on a number of factors, the locations availability, budget and the project requirements.

My professional services can include hourly, to half-day and full-day photoshoots.

A single small room may only need one hour however, a large scale photoshoot that involves hero images for brochures and magazines, alongside social media content and short form videos might take two full days to produce. The more time available, the more photos and content I can create for your brand. Leaving you with long lasting digital assets to push your marketing objectives.

Most of my photoshoots are typically half day – and you’d be surprised what we can accomplish in that time.

Simplest point – whatever the project, whether it is a commercial space or residential interiors, is for the space to be clean, tidy and ready. In depth styling can be carried out whilst I am onsite.

If you need props – let’s discuss this before hand, so you have everything onsite to dress each scene.

If it’s multi room and using props then an extra person on hand to set the following room speeds up the process – meaning we can capture more marketing assets in the assigned time.

Unlike other photographers I tend not assign a set amount of pictures. Many will say 10-15 images for a certain price. Then you will pay extra for each image after this.

For me, I prefer to simply provide you all the edited photography from the assignment. Which means you receive more photos. For me this keeps the process quick and smooth.

The editing process for quality interior and architectural photography can be time consuming. However I like to guarantee my clients receive their edited photos back in 48-72hrs.

I will send you a link to download the edited photos in high resolution.

GD Holland Photography Ltd retains the copyright and the photos are licensed to you with generous usage allowance. Meaning you have full rights to use the photos in print and online – without the need to credit GD Holland Photography Ltd.

The photographs are however protected by copyright laws. They are the property of the photography company / copyright holder who has the right to license the imagery and use for their own marketing requirements. There is also an option to purchase the full copyright to the images. You can also arrange a multi license with other suppliers to bring the cost of the project lower for each individual company involved.

All photographs created by us are the property of GD Holland Photography Ltd therefore all copyright is retained by us. Usage rights issued to clients are not transferable and will be revoked under infringement.

License is only granted if payment in full has been made. Failure to pay, results in copyright infringement.

Client’s requirements will vary. Some will want imagery for social media, others are looking mainly at case study photography for their website. The goal for some brands is photographs to publish in industry magazines and for entries into awards.

I will need to find out more about your projects and your requirements. I will then send you a personalised quote after our initial discussion. My rates are competitive and allow your marketing budget to go further – providing more content. Typically expect a photoshoot with any professional who is a specialist in Architectural & Interior Design Photography to start around £500.

I can also offer multi license frameworks to spread the cost with other suppliers involved with your project. I invoice after the work has been completed, and operate on the usual 30 day terms.
